With two decades of experience as an educator and facilitator of mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and sound healing, I’ve witnessed the ripple effect that one calm moment can create in a room. Blending science, psychology, philosophy, and mindful practice, I guide your team through a grounded yet soulful experience of connection and reset — helping your workplace rediscover focus, creativity, and collective calm.
