After 20 years as a childhood educator, I’ve witnessed firsthand how powerful mindfulness and breath can be — not just for children, but for adults, teachers, and teams.

 

Mindful Moments is a ripple of calm I’m bringing into the community — through gentle, grounded, and magical sessions that help people pause, breathe, and reconnect. Mindful Moments is the pause our world has been craving — a breath between the noise, a ripple of calm that moves through classrooms, boardrooms, and communities.

 

After guiding thousands of sacred circles, mindfulness sessions, yoga classes, and sound healings, I’m now bringing one of my most beloved teachings to schools and workplaces — Mindfulness & Meditation.

 

This is more than a class.

It’s a moment to remember what peace feels like.

 

Rooted in science, psychology, philosophy, and ancient mindfulness practices, these sessions invite everyone — students, educators, or professionals — to slow down, connect, and learn real tools for emotional balance, focus, and wellbeing.

 

I come into your space — school, boardroom, classroom, or assembly — and guide a gentle, playful, and purposeful workshop that blends:

    •    🌸 Mindful breathing and body awareness

    •    🌿 Meditation and relaxation techniques

    •    🌙 Emotional regulation and calm-down tools

    •    ✨ Philosophy and gratitude-based reflection

    •    🔔 Optional sound immersion and mindful movement

 

Each session is designed to be both experiential and educational — a workshop that becomes a life skill.

It’s mindfulness you can take with you — back into your workday, your learning, and your life.

    •    Delivered as one-off workshops or an ongoing series

    •    Offered as part of the Bluemoon School Mindful Meditation Program, a structured journey into self-awareness and calm

 

I call this The Pause Project — because when one person pauses, the whole room shifts.
